People who fled are confronted with numerous allday challenges. Shortly after their arrival, they have to deal with complex contracts, payment terms, account activities, accessory charges, broadcast fees and site rules.
To prevent problems prematurely and to find the way to the consumption daily routine, the consumer advice center of NRW offers educational events for refugees such as:
Mobile phone (1 teaching unit)
Own apartment (3 teaching units)
Further teaching modules will be developed.
The events are low-threshold and can be attended shortly after entry. One teaching unit takes 90 min.
We als offer advanced education. All teaching offers inform about consumer juridical topics and assistance.
